Silvester – Terms and Conditions 2010

Stud Fee

£800, fresh or chilled, payable before collection or despatch of semen, or on mare’s arrival at stud.  Payment by cash or cheque or bank transfer, not credit card.   A fee of £70 per collection (plus post and packaging where applicable) will be invoiced by the stud to the mare owner.

Free Return

No foal two free returns. If these are not fitted in to the current season the mare owner has the option to carry one or both to the next season .    Free return can be used for the same mare or another mare.  The second mare does not then generate additional free returns.

Supply of Semen

Chilled semen can be delivered Tuesday to Saturday, or can be collected by arrangement any day of the week.  Delivery is the day after collection and can be before 9 a.m.

Semen supplied is solely for the mare named on the booking form.

We cannot accept responsibility for semen lost or delayed in transit but we will work actively to resolve any problems

Please give maximum notice of requirements so semen collection dates do not clash with competition dates.

We give no express or implied guarantee of success and accept no liability in this respect.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions.

Stud Terms and Conditions (Applies to boarding mares only)

Silvester will be standing at Westfields Stables, Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire, CV35 9DB.  Tel 07831 514848 or 01926 651920  email: timandsarayoung@aol.com.  If you wish your mare to board at the stud she must have current CEM and EVA  clear certificates to show on arrival (this can take 5 to 10 days).  Please check with the stud for full information.

Covering Certificates

 When your mare is scanned in foal please tell us so we can supply a covering certificate.
